On Saturday, April 21, 2007 the winning poster was unveiled at Dallas City Hall in front of 300 youth and community based organization participants in observance of National & Global Youth Service Day. Activities for the day included community service, beautification projects and two Bur Oak tree plantings at Glendale Park located in South Oak Cliff.

Over 55 youth participated from the following recreation centers:
	Exline Recreation Center
	Harry Stone Rec eation Center
	Janie C. Turner Recreation Center
	J.C. Phelps Recreation Center

For six weeks, students from Dallas Middle and High schools (13 yrs-18 yrs) had the opportunity to work in teams of two to five at targeted recreation centers along with graphic design mentors to create a poster which would inspire young people to support the prevention of underage drinking and drug use.
